  • لو قمت باتباع حمية رجيم النقاط الفرنسى فإن هذا النظام يتم تطبيقه في وقت أطول من الأنظمة الخاصة بالرجيم الأخرى.
  • في حالة عدم الاستفادة من توفير الأيام الماضية، فلا يمكن أن يتم تعويض هذه النقاط في اليوم التالي.
  • قد يتسبب هذا النظام في بعض المشاكل الصحية على المدى البعيد.

الوجبات المسموح بها في نظام رجيم النقاط الفرنسى

  • جميع الأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة عالية من الدهون مثل البيض، الألبان ومنتجاتها.
  • الأطعمة التي تحتوي الدهون الصحية، وكذلك بعض الأطعمة مثل: البطاطس، الأرز البني، الشوفان.
  • الأطعمة والخضروات التي لا تحتوي على نشويات.

  • اللحوم الباردة.
  • الحلوى والكيك.
  • البطاطا.
  • المشروبات الغازية أو العصائر المحلاة بالسكر الصناعي.

  • 20 جرام معجنات يساوي 2نقطة.
  • 10 جرام من المكسرات تعادل 1.5 نقطة.
  • 100 جرام من الدجاج المشوي يعادل 2 نقطة.
